When you use PassportPic, we collect the photos you upload for processing. We also collect basic usage data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited. We do not require account creation for basic usage.
2. How We Use Your Photos
Your uploaded photos are processed solely for the purpose of generating compliant passport and visa photos. Photos are sent to our AI processing partner for image transformation. We do not sell, share, or use your photos for any purpose other than generating your passport photo.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is transmitted using TLS 1.3 encryption. Photos are stored temporarily in encrypted cloud storage and automatically purged. We do not store biometric data, facial recognition templates, or any derivative data from your photos beyond the generated output.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe) and AI image processing (Fal.ai). These services have their own privacy policies and handle data in accordance with their respective terms.
5. Your Rights
