PassportPic provides AI-powered passport and visa photo generation services. We transform uploaded selfies into government-compliant photos suitable for official documents including passports, visas, and national ID cards.
2. Acceptance Guarantee
We guarantee that photos generated by PassportPic will meet the official specifications of the selected document type. If your photo is rejected by a government authority due to non-compliance with stated specifications, we will either re-process your photo at no charge or provide a full refund.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for uploading a clear, well-lit photo that accurately represents your current appearance. The source photo must be a genuine photograph of yourself or the person for whom the document photo is intended. You must not upload photos of others without their consent.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PassportPic for fraudulent purposes, identity theft, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse service and report suspicious activity to authorities.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your uploaded photos and generated output. PassportPic does not claim ownership of any user-submitted content. The PassportPic platform, brand, and technology are the property of PassportPic.
6. Limitation of Liability
PassportPic is not liable for delays in document processing caused by government agencies, photo quality issues arising from poor source images, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
