We stand behind the quality of our photos. If your PassportPic-generated photo is rejected by a government agency for failing to meet the official specifications of the document type you selected, we will provide a full refund of your purchase price.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email refunds@passportpic.app with your order confirmation and proof of rejection (e.g., a rejection letter or screenshot from the government portal). We process refund requests within 3 business days.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when: (1) the photo was rejected specifically for non-compliance with the document specifications, (2) the rejection was not due to a poor-quality source image, and (3) the refund request is made within 60 days of purchase.

If you are unhappy with your photo for any reason before submitting it to a government agency, contact us at support@passportpic.app and we will re-process your photo at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
